9.20 am this morning Vodafone left a voicemail on Ruperts phone.

It was from that manager he spoke to the last time.
She was telling him that she had spoken to the relevant people regarding my "orders"..
They asked for my ordernumber, dspite us saying several times there isnt such as the transaction never went through.

They then accused us of "ordering" the phones from another website then their own...
Trying to blame a third company that doesnt even exist..

When did www.vodafone.co.uk become someone elses website i wonder?

They really dont wanna admit they fucked it up themselves
Rupert will ring the manager up (or try) at lunchtime today and give her a right hell...

First off, they have screwed up, so they can bloody stand up for it and admit it.
COMPENSATE me!
And dont fucking blame me in all of this!

Plus that thanks to them ive been without money and a big overdraft on my account the whole weekend..
And i have a felling its gonna go on and not be solved anytime soon!
